The Bad Mother ... - TheWorldOfTeE
... this movie was interesting to say the least ... i thought Eve played her part convincingly well ... however the movie started to become predictable and changed my feeling for this movie ... i didn't agree with the scene where the teenager beat the mother, that was unrealistic and not believable but whatever makes the producers happy, right? I think that the story behind the children should've been explained and their relationship with the cop ... that part of the movie was unknown therefore confusing. Angie Harmon was no lawyer in this movie for sure!Entertaining but predictable - AvidOscarBee
Although this movie is no Mommy Dearest, it's entertaining. I found the plot weak and if the director didn't edit out the reason why the kids became orphans, I believe it would have given the story more depth. Angie Harmon gave a good performance as well as the girl who plays the adopted daughter. There were some scenes that had surprising twists and turns and the music played during those scenes was quite erie but fitting. However, this movie could have been much better without the choppy editing near the end which made it predictable.suprisingly great - moviewatcher281
THis movie was actually better than its original. which is weird considering it was low budget. Angie HArmon was perfect for the role of the mother. Her acting was so eerie it completly matched the movie. I expected crappy model acting but she was really good.
