Most Guys Today
Evan (Sean Adams), young, good looking, and gay, wants to be a filmmaker but not enough to actually make a film. He hangs out with his friends Bill (Lucas Raymond), a sweet but nerdy boy band fan, and Barbara (Elizabeth Grant), a spunky independent video maker. Together, they navigate the world of men, dating everything from underwear models to mimes. Then, one day, Evan's supremely self-confident brother Jay (Michael Longley) moves in and shakes everything up.
Most Guys Today is a playful romp through the young single scene, gay and straight, in Toronto today. The characters invite us into their world, from the punk band Painful Hemorrhoidal Itching to the gay boy band The Silly Gigolos, from the SM sitcom He's Tied Up Right Now to the canucksploitation classic Bikinis in the Snow.

bad, but not horrible - 2commit
This film is a real problem, because the underlying structure is pretty good, but the execution is pure amateur. Mirroring sexual attitudes today, especially gay ones, against the “health class” films of the 50’s is not a new concept, but in this case it would have worked nicely if the production values weren’t so abysmal. I would actually like to see more work by the director if he snagged a much bigger budget and could therefore hire better actors and production crews.ERRRR... - Ricardo
what to say? Hmmm, okay, how about "great attempt, it's Canadian, hooray!" Alright, now that is out of the way, unfortunately, the movie is really bad. I don't know exactly what the intention of the people making it was, but it ended up being simply a mess. True, low budget doesn't leave much room for getting good actors or a decent director, but still, quality can be achieved even with little money. That was not the case with this one
