zOMG i could not stop laughing at the crude insults thrown at the SHAT!!! absolutely no holds barred and definitely not funny if you're 'nice'. The Comedy Central roasts are always a bit funny...a bit vulgar...a bit offensive! They all take turns and when comedians do not have funny jokes, they tell offensive and vulgar ones to make us forget that they aren't funny. This is the case here...some roasters are funny, like Betty White and others, like Jeffrey Ross and Greg Giraldo, are just offensive. How many Andy Dick jokes can they tell?
All in all it was not bad, but if you want to see a funny roast, zip Dennis Leary's.Shockingly Funny - Mr._Monster
Yes, the comedians on this DVD attack people in the most crude and eye-opening ways possible, but it is all in good fun (mostly). I have to admit being quite shocked at the insanely un-PC nature of the jokes told here, but the best comedy knows no restraints. There are some real gems here, but space cadet Farrah Fawcett seems so out of place and just plain out of it that I felt sorry for her by the end of the night.
Still, this is a highly entertaining video for those who aren't easily offended.
