I thought Act of violence was dreadful. Poor acting and a poor story. For full details see Bowsley Crothers NY times review. On the other hand I thought Mystery Street was quite good. The plot was believable and it wes real fun to see a young Ricardo Montelbaum and Elsa Lancaster,in her 40s maybe, was priceless. Rent it and if you are strong willed just skip A of V.
