Wealthy Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Jeffrey Miller and his wife Veronica have three children but barely devote any time to them. As a result, one of the kids — 15-year-old Scooter — desperately tries to get his mom and dad's attention... no matter what he has to do! Scoot hatches a rather unusual scheme to get himself "kidnapped," with the help of Clive, a soft-hearted criminal. Will the plan work or just create more havoc for Scooter?
