Flawless
He had a scheme. She had a motive.
A clever diamond-heist set in swinging 1960s London, Laura Quinn (Demi Moore) is a bright, driven executive at the London Diamond Corporation who finds herself frustrated by a glass ceiling after years of faithful employment. Hobbs (Michael Caine), the nighttime janitor at London Diamond, has, over the years, amassed a startling amount of knowledge about how the company runs. Hobbs has his own bone to pick with London Diamon, so he convinced Laura to help him execute an ingenious plan to steal a hefty sum in diamonds. Together they set in motion a thrilling heist of dizzying proportions, the likes of which London has never seen.

Enjoyable heist thriller with strong performance from the flawless gem Michael Caine - moviemonger
This movie has no chases or killings and lacks many of the violent trappings audiences have come to expect from heist movies. In fact, one could make a convincing argument that, although the production is primarily about the planning, execution, and aftermath of the crime, it's actually an unconventional love story about one man's posthumous valentine to a beloved wife. At the heart of Flawless lies a mystery - one that takes both the viewer and the characters by surprise and requires some ingenuity to unravel. It's good disposable entertainment that offers the right mix of character identification, plot unpredictability, and suspense to keep viewers interested throughout. Caine deepens and enriches him. His short monologue late in the film is touching. Moore is considerably less impressive than Caine and it shows most forcefully when they share the screen. She's flat and at times unconvincing. There’s little by way of thrills. Still, as a caper with a great cast and clever premise, Flawless works, despite its, um, flaws. What fun!! - Coulongeon
This movie kept us entertained! The movie was intriguing and suspenseful without the american hype of shoot-em-up blood and gore. In fact the London setting provided that very English backdrop of understatement and decorum in a violent money grubbing world - which is only alluded to. Sit back with some popcorn, a pint of Guinness (she's American, he's English)and try to figure it out! Watch it with the kids!! The language is perfectly respectable since it supposedly takes place in 1960 when no one swore - even in the pubs!! What a pleasure! It ain't deep, but it is good fun!A diamond in the rough - PFHLTB
Although I found the plot somewhat basic and sluggish at times, I was still very impressed by all of the acting and how superbly the 1960s time period was captured. It reminded of the Tv series "Mad Men" because both are set in the 1960s and both are very good at creating a somewhat "moody" and restrained atmosphere.
Both Caine and Moore do a fine job of maintaining the proper balance between cold and caring, so that they fit in flawlessly (sorry, but I couldn't resist) with the time period and the other characters.
There's enough style and substance present here, but if they could have perhaps fine-tuned the plot and added a bit more to it, I could easily see it as being a 4 star film. Nevertheless, because of the atmosphere and restrained, but effective performances by the entire cast, I have to say that it still holds up as a very good example of how mood can play an integral part in holding an audience's interest.
There is also an 11.5 minute Special Feature -- Exploring the Facets: A Behind-the-Scenes Look, which is rather basic but still good enough overall. GRADE: C+
