Love Lies Bleeding
Live Love Die
Money changes everything, at least that's what Duke and Amber would like to believe - especially after Duke, a hapless Iraq War vet (Brian Geraghty - I Know Who Killed Me), stumbles onto a drug deal turned deadly and finds a duffel bag stuffed with dirty money. After stopping for a quickie wedding, Duke and Amber (Jenna Dewan - Take The Lead) hit the road to start the life they've always dreamed about. The dream quickly turns into a nightmare when Pollen (Christian Slater - Bobby), a corrupt DEA agent, comes to reclaim what he believes is rightfully his. The chase begins with non stop, hair raising action as Duke and Amber are forced to outwit the increasingly crazed Pollen and fight for their very lives.

Unrealistic to the Extreme - Tyava
I am not usually one to harp on movies that are unrealistic since that is the point of watching a movie - to escape from reality. However, if you are going to add a sequence where hot liquid (led to believe it may even be grease) gets thrown in someone's face they should be writhing in pain until at least the ambulance arrives ... not back swinging with no signs of damage after five seconds ... and that is just one small example of how bad this movie is and the lack of thought that the writer, director, and producers seemed to put behind this product...
The acting is also unbelievably bad. I feel bad for Christian Slater to see how far he has fallen (but between you and me he was never really that good of an actor - just nice eye candy - but age seems to have taken care of that too).
The characters are also so stupid that you want the 'heroes' to get caught. Buying a used bright orange '55 Chevy as your get away car? Come on ...
Anyway ... I wouldn't recommend this movie unless you are more in the mood for a comedy than an action flick because it's so bad you'll be laughing.
