OMG! So Funny! I honestly did not expect much from this movie, but I am so happy I have seen it now! The characters were superb! David Schwimmer knocked this one out of the park! Good job! I loved the landlord...so priceless with his spatula! Hank Azaria, as usual, nailed his roleLight and mildly funny - jaydee26
It's certainly not great art, but it's a good one for an evening where you just want an light, easy to follow, mildly entertaining movie.
The characters are pretty cliche as is the plot. Hank Azaria's role is irritatingly cartoonish- the new boyfriend, who seems nice but shows cracks of being a jerk. Heard that one before?
The supporting role played by the they guy from Black Books is, by far, the funniest person in the movie.
Drags near the end as all Romantic Comedies do- the fun stops and the silly romantic ending ruins it.Not very good at all. - KeithTalent
Pretty uninspired comedy about a guy that runs a marathon in attempts to win back his ex fiancee. I like Simon Pegg, but this movie was pretty bland and insanely predictable. There were a couple of moments I laughed, but it could have been so much better. Very disappointing.
