However, standing in the way of his destiny is the villainous Lou Landers (Christopher McDonald). After an experiment gone wrong, Lou develops the power to steal a person's life force and in a dastardly quest for immortality becomes the supervillain, "The Hourglass." With unimaginable strength, unbelievable speed and deeply uncomfortable tights, will the Dragonfly be able to stop the sands of The Hourglass and save the world?

less spoofy, more funny please - vfxguy
Well, the Tom Cruise impersonator is the funniest thing in here. In fact, it's the only time I laughed. And that scene had nothing to do with anything else in the film.
Five minutes after I finished the film, as I was putting the disk back in the zip sleeve, I was trying to remember what the big obstacle was that The Dragonfly overcame. I mean, I just spent 80 minutes watching a movie. I couldn't remember.Spiderman Redux..... - Nostromo
How did this movie get made? Seriously...we're into the comic flicks and this was just poorly done. Most spoofs take several films and roll it into one joke, but there was way too much focus on Spiderman. At approx 45 min the disc was ejected and used as a chew toy for my dog. Airplane....Scary Movie...Spaceballs....Spinal Tap...any day over this.Good for the Genre - AJay
I thought this was another well-done spoof. It pokes fun at all the right moments, the gags are sometimes unexpected, and it's surely just enough on the edge to make you feel a wee bit uncomfortable or laugh really hard (or both). This movie moves quickly and has a good mix of older and newer comedians.
