27 Dresses
Katherine Heigl (Knocked Up, TV's Grey's Anatomy) lights up the screen in this charming romantic comedy from the screenwriter of The Devil Wears Prada. Heigl stars as Jane, a romantic, completely selfless woman who's been a happy, helpful bridesmaid no less than 27 times. But her own fairy-tale wedding seems to be nowhere in sight, until younger sister Tess (Malin Akerman) captures the heart of Jane's boss (Edward Burns) - with whom she's secretly in love - inspiring Jane to changer her "always a bridesmaid" destiny.

Funny Movie - LoriOntario
This is a funny, light hearted, entertaining movie about a perpetual bridesmaid. A journalist meets her and writes a story about her as she is preparing to be part of her younger sister’s wedding.
This movie was good, although some parts of it are a little predictable.
If you are looking for a good chick flick then you may want to see this one.Very sweet movie - Ihearthuckabees
I was pleasantly surprised by this movie. For a very sweet, romantic comedy, it's exactly what you're looking for. I loved the moments captured at the various weddings - the dancing, the bouquet toss, the endless planning. Hilarious...and yes that Benny and the Jets scene made me smile.
Jane and Kevin were a great fit. Although you sorta know where the movie is heading, it's still fun, especially taking place in NY. Casey was awesome like when she speaks her mind during yoga to support her friend Jane.
I will say that Tess and George were pretty stiff actors and I didn't enjoy their performance. Neither were believable. How did anyone think that Tess was the pretty one here? Yikes. And George seemed too dumb to find his way back from a trail.
See this movie. And if you're not yet married, please let your bridesmaids pick a dress that fits their body shape but in the color palette of your wedding. No one should have to wear the dresses in this movie! Enjoy! =)The Best Romantic Comedy....we were due!!! - Glenn_K9
I totally loved this move. I fell in love with both Katherine Heigl and and James Marsden. This film puts its self up there with films like Pretty Woman. The bar scene "Benny and the Jets" left me speechless, I had to rewind and watch it like 10 times. Will the get together or won't they. Pretty hard to really really tell throughout the move. I can't wait to see whats next in the movies for Katherine after this move. Yes it is a girly flick but for you guys if you have to suffer through one this is the one to go with. Well, written, well acted, and loads of laughs. I've not had so much fun with a movie in a very very long time. Rent this movie you cannot miss on at least one laugh. The dresses are absolutely hilarious and my god the work that went into putting those dresses together had to be days. I guarantee you at least one laugh!!
