My Mom's New Boyfriend
His mom is dating his suspect. Let the surveillance begin.
FBI Field Agent Henry Durand (Colin Hanks) has a problem. It seems his mother Marty (Meg Ryan) has developed a dating life of her own in the three years he's been on assignment. Now, Henry finds himself fending off midnight serenades from lovelorn Italian chefs and watching helplessly as Marty hops on the back of a college dropout's motorcycle, all of which is enough to drive him into therapy. But things get more serious when Marty begins dating Tommy (Antonio Banderas), the FBI's number one suspect in an international art theft ring. Henry soon has to witness more of his mom's love life than he ever wanted when the FBI orders him to spy on her to catch a thief!

Antonio is getting the same role, charming action oriented individual. Meg Ryan is the same as"Sally" and "You've got mail". Looking good after so many plastic surgeries and taking now the role of the middle age romantic woman> Nothing to remember about the plot. Colin performs very well in his role as the protective son. Nothing to say about the fiancee role.Good Movie - impressme
Banderas is a brilliant actor , and Meg Ryan still got it ! with no doubt , light comedy and enjoyable movie. The story line could use a lot of touch ups bur the movie is not meant to be very deep. Watch it as it is and don't excpect to be wowed , But at least you will feel entertained at the end of the movieEntertaining, light - PHabsch
I found this an entertaining film. It didn't have anything really new or unique. The characters were rather likeable, and I enjoyed the ending.
However, if you're looking for something very deep, clever or unusual, look elsewhere.
Has Meg Ryan had a lot of surgeries? She's looking kind of strange now.
