Cuba Gooding Jr must have owed his bookie - MonkeyKing
The poor advertising for this film should have been a clue. Even the studio must have known what a bomb this movie is. I am at a loss as to why Cuba Gooding Jr. accepted a role in this movie.
The script is horrendous. The characters are shallow and not believable. The "gangsta" angle is so weak my mom could have done a better job. Not to mention the horrible directing. An example of the piss poor job done is during the end conflict when Gooding and a bad guy tumble SLOW MOTION out of a trailer into the dirt. Amateur. Pathetic. There are also plot holes a mile wide in this movie, particularly in the end. "I got this." WTF? So that is it? Five dead bodies but the Captain of the border patrol is just going to "take care of it"???
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Don't watch it.
