Selena Gomez is enjoyable as Alex Russo. She's sassy, quick and fun, and Selena is one of our favorite actresses.
These episodes are quirky and funny, and we found ourselves wanting to see more when the disc ended!

For me Hannah Montana is a Show of the past, with an impossible storyline to accomplish in the real world. However Wizards of Waverly Way may also be fictional but it's charming and presents hope to tweens audiences. Alex Russo (Gomez) is more like a girl next door then a prima-madonna. Finally a fresh face and a proper Role Model when bringing up the seriousness of Bad behavior or wrong choices. Gomez learns from her faults and corrects her mistakes through lessons most Teens go through themselves in the real world.
