I don't know why, but everytime I tried to get started on this workout I just couldn't do it. I know that Yoga doesn't have to be totally serious to be relaxing, but I didn't feel very relaxed trying to be silly. Maybe there's a time and place for this video, but it just wasn't doing it for me...
