Jackie (Heather Locklear, TV's Spin City) is a recently divorced mother of two vacationing alone in Hawaii for her 40th birthday. Against her better judgment, she allows the hunky, much younger, resident surf instructor (Robert Buckley, TV's Lipstick Jungle) to sweep her off her feet. What begins as a scorching one-night stand quickly turns into love as she jets off to Hawaii every chance she gets. But with kids, a disapproving ex-husband and friends, and an ocean separating them, real love becomes real tricky. Eye opening - jackd
Wow first off she is beautiful can't believe it so for all the males out there it's worth it for the looks alone lol. But on a more serious note I enjoyed it really was pretty well put together and glad they didn't portray her a middle aged cougar on the prowl. The story was believable and wasn't over the top. It's a story of realizing age is only a number and letting yourslef believe again in that life is really about taking a chance or two. It also gives the viewer a insight into single mothers and how tuogh every decsion in life can be. Heather locklear plays the role perfect and doesn't over act the sadness and makes her character believable and true. I'd zip it and I'm suprised a bigger name wasn't casted and sent to a bigger screen could have done well.Flirting with 40 - maggie15
No offence Heather Locklear, I really do love your acting, but this movie was definatly beneath you. So predictable, and boring. Love the idea of the cougar getting her boy toy, but a little more excitment and action would be a lot more fun. Better luck next time.

No offence Heather Locklear, I really do love your acting, but this movie was definatly beneath you. So predictable, and boring. Love the idea of the cougar getting her boy toy, but a little more excitment and action would be a lot more fun. Better luck ...
