What if your daughter's imagination... was the secret to your success?
A successful financial executive (Eddie Murphy) has more time for his BlackBerry than his seven-year-old daughter (Yara Shahidi). When he has a crisis of confidence and his career starts going down the drain, however, he finds the solution to all his problems in his daughter's imaginary world.

Hilarious & very touching - nwtguy
Eddie Murphy was absoultely hilarious in this movie, and Yara Shahidi was brilliant. The story itself, though requiring the acceptance of some fantasy, tells a wonderful tale of a workaholic father finally spending time and getting to know his daughter. We liked it enough to watch all the special features, and enjoyed them almost as much as the movie itself.Cute - Movieman28
This movie does a good job sending the message of the importance of spending time with family. The movie started a little slow and a little hard to follow but as it progressed it became a humorous and interesting. It was a little weird seeing Eddy Murphy portraying a serious dad, I was waiting for his classic laugh but he kept a strait face....

I thought it was ok. Eddie Murphy was fine in the role, but it was a little long and not enough funny stuff to keeps the kids entertained... or even myself for that matter. The little girl was cute, and I'm sure we will se her in more as she grows up. Maybe the best part6 of the move was with Thomas Hayden Church and his son... Worth a watch but a rent not a buy type of movie. - Jeans
