The movie series that taps into your deepest fears returns with a new and imaginative chapter that delivers the expected - in so many keep-you-guessing, unexpected ways! Idiotic to the nth degree, the worst in the series. - estefan
It seems the Final Destination series gets more and more stupid as they go along. The deaths get more elaborate and frankly, a lot more silly and this entry is ultimately one big, ridiculous gore fest. None of the characters are interesting and fleshed-out with bad acting all around and there is a lot more care on the over-the-top 3D than being particularly creative. To its credit, there is one legitimately suspenseful scene, but that's the only positive I could find here. At this point, I think Death is just giving the protagonist these premonitions just so he can have some fun and play around with them. He must have a really boring day job.About what was expected... - sickle
If you've seen one of these, you've pretty much seen them all. Kind of like the Saw sequels except without as much story line imagination.
That being said, it still hit the spot in terms of being to plop yourself down and watching some gory deaths, a bit of action, a smidgen of suspense, and not have to think too hard about any of it.Spooky thoughts - mxg123
A young man has several premonitions about several deaths where many people die, including him. This young man and several of his friends then try to piece together the events that occurred in one of his premonition in order to prevent the deaths that haven’t occurred yet. This came as a 3D movie but I was unable to play it n 3D after several attempts with several different 3D technology available to me, at the end I had to simply enjoy it in 2D.
