The Rebound
She's still got it. He's just getting it.
When a beautiful, smart, suburban 40-year-old mother (Catherine Zeta-Jones) discovers her husband is cheating, she takes her two children to New York City to start over. A demanding new job forces her to hire a nanny, and she chooses 25-year-old Aram (Justin Bartha), who is still trying to figure out what he wants in life. As Aram increasingly becomes attached to her kids, Aram and Sandy become aware of their own undeniable chemistry.

don't be anyone's rebound unless you're in hollywood! - liquidpearl
move over michael douglas, babetastic and divorced milf cathy zeta jones goes ferocious over naive & nice boy 20yrs younger. predictable male heartbreak as he's the unfortunate rebound always discarded but fast fwd 5 years of worldly experience, he meets the coolest yet unrealistic but hollywood fantasy ending.I LIKED IT... - Ricardo
even if the movie was not "great," it definitely was one of the best romantic comedies I've seen in a while. Yes, it's predictable and formulaic, but the chemistry between the two main characters leaped from the screen. Justin Bartha is very good playing the part he plays in this movie, and Zeta-Jones has very good comedic timing.
Overall, I think it's a movie that you'll either really like or really hate, I hope you like it as much as I did
