Dante 01
This movie is in French with optional English subtitles.
Dante 01 is a prison ship orbiting the fiery red planet Dante. Doctors aboard Dante 01 perform psychiatric experiments on its prisoners, who are among the most dangerously insane criminals in the galaxy. A new inmate arrives, nicknamed Saint Georges by the others, the sole survivor of a convoy ship that met with disaster. Found alone on the ship, Saint Georges was convicted for the murders of his crew. He is a silent figure with a mysterious ability to heal, but his power could be dangerous -- potentially monstrous. The arrival of Saint Georges will ignite the demons that lurk in the many shadows of Dante 01.

22 minutes - Sweetdays
22 minutes was all i wasted on this film. I didn't realize that it was French movie until I started watching it, but I don't mind reading subtitles... I just think that a movie should grab your attention right away, and after 22 minutes i was still bored out of my mind and not able to imagine any way in which this movie could possible improve.Crappy - mxg123
It just do not know what else to say about this movie. My expectations were just too high, and I ended up with a huge disapointment. So unless you are really into one of its actors, or into this type of psycho crap, I would suggest you use your zip credits to get something else. This movie should of never been put on DVD. Its about a bunch of prisoners on a space colony in the middle of nowhere, and nothing else happens. You probably don't need or want to see this - synecdoche
If you liked Delicatessen and The City of Lost Children, or if you are looking for unusual science fiction films such as Stalker and Cube, you will be very disappointed.
On the other hand, if you enjoy watching nasty, ugly people doing horrible things to one another... (I'd say "eat your heart out" but you might take that the wrong way.)
I'd heard it was really bad, but I was hoping it would be bad in an interesting way. Instead, it's mostly just a poor imitation of Hollywood space-horror (the Alien films, Event Horizon, etc.) on a very limited budget. All the visuals and characters and plot twists are things you've seen before in a much better movie. It's a bunch of sci-fi cliches slapped together nonsensically -- presumably whatever they thought would look cool or sound cool. None of the characters is the least bit interesting or sympathetic, and they are also really hard to tell apart because they are identically dressed, bald, ugly and ill-lit.
Oh, and then they try to make you think it has some kind of intellectual depth (I guess that's how they got funding). The characters are named after random historical and mythological figures, the planet is called "Dante", and the chapters of the film are "circles". But it's all so haphazard and superficial, and has so little to do with the story, it's just confusing and annoying. Dante's Inferno? St. George and the dragon? The New Testament? It might have helped if they chose one reference and stuck to it.
