Micmacs (Micmacs à tire-larigot)
From the Director of "Amelie" and "City of Lost Children"
Is it better to live with a bullet lodged in your brain, even if it means you might drop dead any time? Or would you rather have the bullet taken out and live the rest of your life as a vegetable? Are zebras white with black stripes or black with white stripes? Is scrap metal worth more than landmines? Can you get drunk from eating waffles? Can a woman fit inside a refrigerator? What's the human cannonball world record?

Great Movie! - L_MO
If you like Amelie then you will definitely enjoy this movie. If you haven't seen Amelie, then you gotta watch it. Its the same director.
All the characters have some kind of quirk to them. They are fun, smart and talented.
My favourite part is the ending.Great Fun - Barb1
What a fun, quirky, sweet little film! I definitely expected the quirkyness from the director of Delicatessen, but I didn't expect to laugh out loud so much. One of those stories about a misfit bunch of underdogs who work as a team to help a buddy wreak revenge on two heartless arms dealers who had both had a hand in ruining his life.A great film! - KoreEda
This film is wildly imaginative, more fun than a barrel of monkeys and unpredictable. A delightful feel good movie in which a bunch of "sympathiques" misfits take on no other than the French weapon industry. If you are between 7 and 107 and your heart is not made of concrete you will LOVE this film.
