This fun adventure features the voice talent of Christina Applegate, Michael Clarke Duncan, Neil Patrick Harris, Sean Hayes, James Marsden, Bette Midler and Nick Nolte, and stars Chris O'Donnell and Jack McBrayer.

Not my favorite - PowerPipes
Cats and Dogs , a series which has proven itself enjoyable to adults and kids alike will never be my favorite – I watched it for the kids and I don’t regret it per say but I wouldn’t come back to this title unless I had to. Not a bad movie just nothing I’d really rave about – if you have kids they’ll like it for sure.Against the majority - ceiliqueen
I'm going to go against the tide here and give this movie 4 stars. Reason? this movie is entertaining for the young crowd. If any adults thought this was going to be an intellectually challenging movie...then Helloooo? The James Bond parody was fun! The storyline was comical. The gadgetry was interesting. The double entendre made the movie funny to kids and enjoyable for adults along for the ride. Kudos to the writers, actors and director; the movie achieves the goal for the target audience without being too painful to parents.Equal Sequal - cloicker
This movie was comparable to the first one. Enjoyable to watch as a family and good for everyone ages 2 to adult. The high tech gadgets were much more far fetched in this one as compared to the first but still provided us dog loving family a good laugh. If you enjoy animals I think you will get a few laughs from this movie.
