NOT Being John Malkovich - Picker_of_Movies
Read the overview carefully. The title "Being Michael Madsen" is similar to the title of the film "Being John Malkovich." The two films are very different. I hope Madsen wasn't trying to ride the successful coattails of the far superior Malkovich film.
Being Michael Madsen was probably a better idea than a film. Unless someone adds some originality or over the top dark humor to it I don't see how this idea can become a good movie.
Michael Madsen has played the roles he's chosen very well, so long as he sticks to his stereotype. Here he ties to play the victim/hero/good guy. It didn't work for me.
