If you're looking for a predictable chick flick, then you have found one. This movie is nice and light if you're not looking to think too much. I just thought this movie followed the same script as other romantic comedies: boy girl meet unexpectedly or under harsh pretences, boy has girl, boy loses girl, and then boy and girl live together forever. The only unusual part of this love story is the inclusion of a baby that is neither the child of either of the stars so I guess it's not only the love story of lovers, but the love one can have for a child, especially love for a child that is not yours but an extension of an endearing and lost friendship.cute, cute, cute - CynCanada
This movie was very entertaining from start to end. My husband was not overly crazy about it but he did watch the entire movie so could not have been that bad to him. I just really liked it. No, it won't be remembered as a Hollywood classic ... but it was just a good, light film.Very pleasantly surprised - Giger
I adored this movie which shocked me as my expectations were quite low (due to pretty negative reviews on Rotten Tomatoes). But the story was beautiful and heart-warming. And unlike a lot of rom-com's, the interaction between the main characters seemed like it could really happen in real life.
This is a must see for those with really young children!
