Gulliver's Travels (Blu-ray)
Jack Black (Kung Fu Panda, School Of Rock) is larger than life in this epic comedy-adventure based on the classic tale. When a shipwreck lands a lowly mailroom clerk named Gulliver (Black) on the fantastical island of Lilliput, he transforms into a giant - in size and ego! Gulliver's tall tales and heroic deeds win the hearts of the tiny Lilliputians, but when he loses it all and puts his newfound friends in peril, Gulliver must find a way to undo the damage. Through it all, Gulliver may just learn that it's how big you are on the inside that counts.

Jack Black and Jason Segel are funny, likable and adventurous. Its a shame that product placement ruined the family classic (Thanks Apple Iphones and Coca-cola).
The best way to describe this movie is in 2 words: Decent & Corny.
Sure it's based on a favorite childhood bestseller, but as most movies go that are based on Books they almost always fall short and never really vendicate the quality or depth to its storyline.Truly a work of art - Canada123
This movie has to be the silliest movie we have ever seen. It is hard to summarize all the things that are wrong with it. But, for some strange reason, it is funny. Maybe campy is the right word - but it made us laugh instead of just being plain irritating.
I can't really explain it but maybe it will be the same for youPretty good - Wentai
A decent comedy, this film is scientifically inaccurate but rather charming. The plot was interesting and the funny parts came quickly enough that I never lost interest. The part where he meets the giant people -- people bigger than him by a long shot -- is the best part of the movie. I won't ruin it with spoilers but this movie is recommended for comedy fans. It even has a naval battle -- it's cool.
