Hobo with a Shotgun

A train pulls into the station - it's the end of the line. A hobo jumps from a freight car hoping for a fresh start in a new city. Instead, he finds himself trapped in an urban hell. This is a world where criminals rule the streets and Drake, the city's crime boss, reigns supreme alongside his sadistic murderous sons, Slick & Ivan. Amidst the chaos, the hobo comes across a pawn shop window displaying a second hand lawn mower. He dreams of making the city a beautiful place and starting a new life for himself. But as the brutality continues to rage around him, he notices a shotgun hanging above the lawn mower... Quickly, he realizes the only way to make a difference in this town is with that gun in his hand and two shells in its chamber...

This movie has virtually no redeeming qualities. I expected more from Rutger Hauer but I suspect is his a victim of contract work like Charles Bronson was - excellent actors made to do pitiful parts by bad directors.
If I had read L_MO's revue first, I would have save the Zip Slot for something else.
It was so disappointing, I had to make myself watch the end just so I couldn't fool myself into thinking that it might get better.Not Great... - L_MO
This movie was terrible. It looked like some just picked up a video camera and directed on the spot. I felt the story line, acting and effects were poor. Please don't waste your time watching this movie. I had to stop watching it because it was sooo poor.Title says it all - sammac
This was so bad. There is no plot just killing and more killing. Its was over the top and very twisted. I was expecting lots of violence from the title of the film but with rutger hauer I though it would be more action and better acting. I would say watch this just to see how bad a film can be.
