When the red phone rings, the anti-terrorist-cell, code name "AT13" goes into action. AT13 represents the last line of defense against worldwide terrorism. Headed by Jack Darrow, the group is assembled from special units. They are renegades, marching to a different drumbeat of justice.

All in all, I was disappointed by this film. There were times when it had big budget appeal, with good film stock, exotic locations (major cities in Europe) and decent special effects. Then there were times when the quality of the film stock changed, the effects were not good (at all) and the director tried to get "artistic" with his camera shots, but instead wound up making you laugh with the final effect. At it's core, Manhunt could have been a good film, good enough that you would see Bruce Willis or Denzel Washington starring in it. But it isn't. Overall, it comes across as an unpolished work, more reminiscent of a made for television series pilot, than a major motion picture.
