Farscape: Starburst Edition - Volume 2
What the frell... it's the second collection in the Starburst edition of FARSCAPE!
"There's life out here... Weird, amazing, psychotic life. And in technicolor." Lost, but hardly alone, astronaut John Crichton (Ben Browder) is trapped in a distant part of the universe -- where the rules from home don't apply. Onboard a massive, living ship named Moya, he's trying his best to get along with a bizarre crew of escaped alien prisoners who can't agree on much of anything. Trust them? Not yet. But he's intrigued by the beautiful and fiercely independent Aeryn Sun (Claudia Black), a soldier deemed "contaminated" by her strict society - the Peacekeepers.
All Crichton knows for sure is he's trying to find a way home. And he's trying to stay alive. There's an insane Peacemaker commander on his trail who is hell-bent on avenging the murder of his brother... and he believes Crichton must die. Farscape is an adventure as broad and weird as the universe -- full of strange creatures, bizarre twists, irreverent humor, raucous action, passion, and romance! Produced in Australia with the incredible talents of Jim Henson's Creature Shop, Farscape is the fantasy-sci-fi-drama-romance-comedy-adventure you will always remember!

Crighton's saga continues - Superdave
After taking a few episodes to fill in the audience about Crighton's new situation, the pace picks up and the intrigue bubbles to a boil as both existing and new bad boys give chase to the fugitive crew. The great mix of elements that make up the show are all on display here: Treacherous intrigue, Star spanning conflicts, Costumes and sets and gimmicks that look cool and odd and otherworldly, plus a little romance to spice up the lulls between all the running and shooting. And the aliens, hostile ones, gentle ones, helpful ones, dangerous ones, sexy ones and just plain frustratingly alien ones are all here too. The mix is assembled with imagination around stories which raise questions about the role of humanity in the larger picture, not to mention the nature of the universe itself. Great stories, great action, fun dialogue and superb cast chemistry. This is one to collect for your DVD shelf.
