Kate (MacDowell) is headmistress for a private school in a gorgeous village in rural England. Weekly, she gets together with her two best friends, all single and forty something, for ritual gin drinking, cigarettes smoking, chocolate eating and dishing on their intimate adventures with the opposite sex. Kate reconnects with a handsome 25 year old former student and begins a steamy affair.
