Detective Emmett Young (Scott Wolf) is determined to rid Philadelphia of a psychotic serial killer when he discovers he has a painful terminal disease. When an ex-cop convinces Young that putting a hit on himself is the best way to go, the race is on to stop the body count before his time is up.
