Chow Yun-Fat reprises his role as Ching in director Ringo Lam's action-packed 1991 sequel. This time around, a ruthless prison official and a nasty inmate commit murder, frame a prisoner named Dragon (Sung Young Chen) and finger Ching as the snitch.
