Deliberate Intent

When a hit man commits a triple murder after reading a how-to manual, an attorney hires a First Amendment scholar to help build a lawsuit against the company that published the book. Arguing that the book essentially provides blueprints for wanna-be murderers and isn't protected by the First Amendment, the lawyer seeks big money damages for the families of the murder victims.
