In the grand tradition of the mockumentary comes a deliciously offbeat, hilariously on-target skewering of that particular breed of madness known as moviemaking. Some directors are visionaries; others just need corrective lenses. Somewhere in between lies Jake Barrymore (Seth Meyers). After graduating at the top of his class from Three-Day Film School, Jake cons his way into the Montreal Film Festival with a film that doesn't exist - yet! But with the help of his loyal, producer Larry (John Cho), his burnt-out film school mentor Martin (Jim Piddock), and unwitting ex-girlfriend Annie (Jessalyn Gilsig) Jake just might pull it off!
