The Dark
The dead beckon you into the dark!

When Sarah drowns off the rocky coast of Wales, James (Sean Bean, The Lord of the Rings) and Adele (Maria Bello, A History of Violence) search in vain for their child's missing body. So when a mysterious young girl tells her she's looking in the wrong place, Adele recalls a legend about The Dark, the Celtic land of the dead. Haunted by ghastly visions of Sarah pleading for help, Adele becomes convinced of the legend's truth. And as James watches in horror, Adele embarks on a journey beyond madness as she invokes the ancient rule of return: one of the living for one of the dead.

Not bad, not creepy enough - ktravis
The Dark wasn't as creepy as I was hoping/expecting it to be. Well put together and the twist at the end was a pretty good refreshment to the progress of the rest of the movie, making you think "OH RIGHT! one alive for one dead!". All in all decent, but could ...

As I've not seen it, I'm looking forward to viewing it though! I find many personal reviews on Zip to be quite swaying "Oh this is bad, "Junk"! Sometimes this is a must see. Please don't be mis informed! Myself I've rented a must see and given it a one star. ...

I am very critical about movies and it is worse with horror movies it has to be really good for me to like them...so I can understand that some people could love movies when I don't like them ....This movie was good and I did enjoy it...the story was good ...
