The Flock follows Errol Babbage (Richard Gere), an emotionally scarred hyper-vigilant agent whose job is to monitor convicted sex offenders and protect society from this dangerous group. But his unorthodox approach has rubbed his superiors the wrong way and he is being forced out of his job. In his last weeks he is assigned to train a young female replacement, Allison Lowry (Claire Danes). When a teenage girl goes missing Errol is convinced she was abducted by one of his flock of paroled criminals. As Errol and Allison's hunt for the missing girl intensifies, Allison must learn the ropes while keeping her mentor on the right side of the law... and sanity.
