This is a fun movie that most everyone in the family can enjoy. It's rated PG, has some violence, but no nudity and no language. Younger kids will probably not understand the Masonic and Knights Templar references, but they'll probably still enjoy it. The only thing anyone needs to understand about the Masons is the Knights Templar eventually became the Masons, and many of our founding fathers were Masons, so there's a bit of Masonic lore/connection tied into the movie. Other than that, it's easy to follow.love it - Roger411
I love movies like this, a chase the whole way. Clues lead to clues lead to clues...etc. For a Walt Disney movie, I really enjoyed it. Seems like everything is connected, like a conspiracy. And it all makes sense! Makes you think if there really was secrets and treasures lke that back then. It was very well made, very well thought through, everything made sense and connected properly. Always keeps you guessing until the end. Im not sure if its the type of walt disney where kids would enjoy it, the information is very intense and may be confusing to younger viewers but fun enough for the whole family to enjoy together. Very good movie, love itWonderfully Mysterious - Rapidfire_Rogue
Intreging, mysterious, humorous and fun all at once. It was a wonderful blend of riddles and wonder that was fast paced enough to keep you excited yet not so fast as to be overwelmed. This is definitely one for the whole family.
Constantly there were oportunitties to see a plan unfolding or mystery action that made you wonder why it was happening, giving you the opportunity to use your own imagination and forethought to decifer what the plan was. And, if you did not get it before, they unveil the reason why in a wonderfully pleasent way, bringing chuckles of joy as it comes together to make sense or proves that you had the foresight to know what they were up too. It is nice to see a movie that makes you think and gives you all the evidence you need to figure out part of what is happening.
Cage puts in a good showing, filling out his character well and delivering his lines in a seriously quirky way that seems quite natural.
Sean Bean also puts in a good showing, making you really believe his character.
This movie is for those who seriously enjoy a good mystery upon mystery and love the thrill of the chase.
