The show is quite good for something that is mainstream. Not that I'm an "artsy" person, but when you make a show that has to appeal to a wide group of people, usually quality suffers because it has to be dumbed down. But Lost kept it's quality and smarts while not making it too complicated.Excellent - Sheenie
This is the first television series I've ever watched that I wanted to buy on DVD so I would own it and could watch and re-watch. Fantastic writing, direction, acting... The storyline has so many twists and turns and layers that you can watch it several times and still find something new. The characters are multi-dimensional and each episode is so suspenseful it leaves you wanting more. Watch it with a friend or family member because you'll inevitably want to discuss and disect each show!Live together die alone - hilkayaker
I love this show. But I agree that I wasn't on the edge of my seat and as obsessed with watching the next episode as other seasons. I found it a little harder to identify with this season. Still good and facinating, but a little harder to get into. Love the characters, love the flash back and forwards, they leave you never really knowing what it actually going on. But it all makes it one of the most amazing shows on tv!! Can't wait to start season 6, I will be so sad when it's over. But I have to know what happened to Claire?!?!?!
