A must-see for everyone - Lauriannie

Although it was disturbing to watch how animals and humans are treated in the production of meat and even produce, everyone should see this movie to know what you are putting into yourself and your children. I was a vegetarian for a long time and slowly got away from that healthier lifestyle to include chicken and fish. I buy free range and hormone-free and organic, meats as often as possible but this movie has made me even more dedicated to buy better quality foods every time, even if it costs more. I am heading back towards vegetarianism because of this movie and it has inspired my pork-eating husband to do the same, or at least to be more careful about what meat he buys.
Joel & Teresa Salatin and their family, of Polyface Farms are an inspiration to farmers all over the world and to humankind in general. They are meat eaters but are kinder to animals while they are alive.
There is another great farmer interviewed in the movie (I can't remember his name, though).
Please, please watch this movie so that you can make an informed decision about what foods you eat and what companies you support.
